Members are hereby notified that the Election for Office Bearers for President, 2 x Vice Presidents and 4 Committee Members will be conducted on the following dates:
- Nominations Open – Thursday 07th May 2021
- Nominations Close – Tuesday 08th June 2021
- Declaration of Ballot – Wednesday 09th June 2021
Individuals who are interested to nominate are encouraged to contact the Federation office for a nomination Form for any of the above positions.
Taking into account the “Niupela Pasin” protocols of the new norm in light of COVID-19, limited number of persons will be in the meeting room. To encourage full participation of our members, this AGM will be held by virtual means using Zoom. As we get closer to the date of the meeting, further instructions will be provided to you on these arrangements, including the Zoom link.
